We understand that spending a couple $$$$ or even a few $$$ is quite a big decision, especially when purchasing a wedding dress online. We understand that some are unable to try on our wedding dresses here in Brisbane in person and so decision making for a purchase may be difficult. Absolutely understandable. So, how we have decided to execute this concern the best way possible for our clients/customers is by keeping our business policies, procedures and information SIMPLE. Our sizing and alteration descriptions are clear. Our exchange and refund policies are quite straightforward. We have included videos and more images on our Instagram and Facebook pages for our customers to fully optimize the vision of our beautiful pieces and sizing guidelines are also provided.
