The creator of Eve Roberts Bridal saw excitement in the fact that modern day wedding traditions for bridal gowns and dresses were slowly becoming more adventurous as one might say.

Eve Roberts Bridal is also a proudly family owned company based here in Brisbane, Australia. Our goal is to provide a positive, easy flowing and happy experience for our customers. How we are able to accomplish this is by producing and showing our images and videos of our products without too much editing or filtering (unless we're having a little fun adding things like sparkle, stars, glitter etc). We like to showcase our Collection in their purest form so that you may have a clear vision of what you will be investing in.

We understand that spending a couple $$$$ or even a few $$$ is quite a big decision, especially when purchasing a wedding dress online. We understand that some are unable to try on our wedding dresses here in Brisbane in person and so decision making for a purchase may be difficult. Absolutely understandable. So, how we have decided to execute this concern the best way possible for our customers is by keeping our business policies, procedures and information SIMPLE. Our sizing and alteration descriptions are clear. Our exchange and refund policies are quite straight forward. We have included videos and more images on our Instagram and Facebook pages for our customers to fully optimize the vision of our beautiful pieces and sizing guidelines are provided. We like to be as transparent and detailed where possible in all that we do and on what we offer.
