Is there a appointment booking fee to try on your wedding dresses? A: Not at all.

How many guests can come with me to my appointment? A: Because we are a home-based studio, we can cater for 2 guests + the bride-to-be. It is a quaint and relaxed private space all to yourself. 

How long is the appointment for trying on wedding dresses? A: 1 hour.

What should I wear to my appointment? A: We recommend wearing nude underwear and strapless bra. You are also welcome to wear nude shape-wear if you'd like.

Can I take photos and videos? A: Absolutely! You are also welcome to video call family members and friends if need be.

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment? A: Please call us 2 days before your appointment is due as the absolute latest to cancel or reschedule your appointment as we always have a 'Waitlist' running for other clients/customers. As soon as possible is always appreciated. Thank you.

How long does it take to receive a wedding dress when ordering online? A: 2-3 months.

Why does it take 2-3 months for a wedding dress to be delivered? A: Our stock on hand sells out quite quickly off-the-racks and so when this happens, replacements are ordered which can take 1.5 months for us to receive. We then inspect the pieces before shipping out to our online customers. On top of that, we do not keep massive stock numbers on hand as it is our small way in contributing to not over producing apparel unnecessarily.

Do you accept refunds and or exchanges? A: Yes. We sure do. But if a gown is customised, we refund 85% of the total transaction. Please read our Ts & Cs on the main menu for more information.

What is your returns policy? A: Short answer, you must email us within 3 days of receiving your delivery that you would like either a exchange or refund. You then have 12 days to organise and make time to repack your items back in its packages ever so carefully and return to us. So basically, you have a total of 15 days which by then, we would most likely receive your returns package back to us as customer Returns generally takes about 5-10 business days.
